Frais et franc, fin et structuré, comme des odeurs de roches chauffées au soleil, presque salin. #ChampagneAtable Un Champagne que j'aime dans la brise et le silence. A la perfection seul à l'apéritif ou pourquoi pas sur des huîtres. (Issu d'un grand cru connu pour son pinot noir mais une parcelle de chardonnay. Pourquoi pas à carafes)
