Nose is clean and developed with some oxidative notes playing into medicinal, dough, herbal, and salt aromas.
The palate is dry, with medium+ acidity and body and is high in alcohol. The palate intensity is medium with medicinal herbal notes, dough, and salty with slight oxidative notes. The finish is long and clean.
Very good quality.

Stunning fino, hands down the best I've had. Aromatics are lifted, ethereal with notes of marcona almonds, rock salt, and shiso leaf. The wine glides on the palate with a crisp acidity and long finish that morphs from saline to nutty to smoky. Perfect aperitif!
