Nose is not over-the-top intense but has intriguing layers of orange blossom, candle wax, and dried apricot with a hint of jasmine. Lime skin, kumquat, guava, crushed stone, and aromatic bitters fill the palate, which is richly textured and nicely balanced. Not sure it quite has the acid to go the long haul but at this stage it continues to evolve and deepen with time in the bottle.
