Tight and taut and wound up. Lots of richness and density here, but this is acid driven and has no time to play around with any yeasty, bready autolytic character. As the evening progressed, this got more and more monolithic - curious to see where this goes in 10 years.

Lean and snappy, but with serious midpalate presence. Light sherry on the nose. That said, this seems young and with a long future ahead.
