Dry. Good acid and nice concentration, nose is mineral, steely but notably missing fruit. Excellent palate but weak nose. Likely in a dumb phase.. fruit is gone with nothing to replace it yet.

Bruised apple and baked pear, slightly funky, the stony minerality jump right out of the glass.High acidity at 11% abv.
