White peach, lemon pith, Sea Salt, Cerignola Olive, smoke. As savory and mineral as this may be, it has a deliciousness that makes it enjoyable to sip. There is a phenolic backbone, and although partially skin macerated this doesn’t come across as an orange wine. Rather, it is a powerful white that has incredible pairing options. Could really stand up to strong flavors at the table. 👏🏽👏🏽

Smoky white fruit and saline notes maybe even sea breeze. Delicious and verging on briney. Feel like 3-5 years and this would settle in. I feel like it had more to show but did not get there.

Sherry like flavors. Salinity and beautiful fruit. I love this. From Tenerife.

There’s a million reasons why these guys are killing it. This one just needs time (an hour) and you will be rewarded handsomely

Super cool. Lots of peach, a bit of mango and pineapple, and then sherry-like salinity that keeps going and going. Salty!

Shy on day 1. Day 2 was much better—salinity and citrus with a pleasant bitter finish.
