そのお陰か、還元がかなり抜けている印象で微かに感じる程度。
少しハーバルで、綺麗な酸とミネラル。タンニンも軽やかで、ロゼよりも濃いめの色調だが、かなり白ワイン的な味わい。
クミンの入ったチョリソー。水茄子と相性よく、野菜やハーブ系と相性が良いみたい。

Jan 2, 2021. Feast tasting. Really interesting wine. Cherry and strawberry on the nose. Tart red fruit. Way more complex than it looks. Unfortunately, only had a 1oz taste. Would have liked more! Terodalgo.

Like gummy candies: tart, acidic, red fruits. Great chilled

High acid. I think this is a blend. Watermelon and cherry candy and some light tannins. Some cherry pit almond finish. This is fuchsia rosé, but in the picture it almost looks like a Nebbiolo. It gets floral with air but my guests and I finished it before it opened too much.
