On the palate this wine is refreshing with cherry, cranberry and raspberry flavors with hints of lavender and spice. A delightful and expressive rosé. We had this win with squid cooked on the pressure cooker with sautéd green peppers, onions and carrots; and arugula, tomato, Parmesan salad.
