Great aromatics - very spicy and floral

Fine bubbles, good yeast action, light on the red fruits

Quince and candied flowers, full-bodied toasty

Baked pizza dough. Bright fruits and acidity. LOVE IT. Big, yeasty Champagne.

I’d expect lots more from small production, Grand Cru rose champagne. Mostly floral nose with the obligatory cherry and bramble fruit on the palate. A bit of spice and mineral, but bulky and awkward bubbles.

A beauty of a champagne. Lovely smoke on the nose and creamy in the palate. Good stuff!!!!

Hard to believe no oak

Nice champagne for Valentine days. Slightly subdued. Went well seafood stew.
