#sample: Introducing Eagles 🦅 Rest from NSW’s Hunter Valley wine region. This Pokolbin property has history dating back to the 1800s. I recently cracked this 2012 Dam Black Chardy to try and it went down mighty fine in my Riedel Chardy glass.

On the eye it’s a creamy yellow shade with vanilla, banana and stonefruit coming through on the nose. In the mouth it has a wonderful silky texture with juicy lemon, candied florals and banana passionfruit. Smooth and enjoyable.
