Pale medium yellow. Mute to start on the nose with just a touch of creamy and toasty notes. Opened up with something almost like baked apples, some white floral notes, hay and some stone fruits. Tangy and heavy acidity (8/10) that mellowed out over a few hours and the following day. Became nicely rounded with a medium body. Citrus notes on the attack with others a bit of oak influence, making as touch of lemon curd. Long finish. Drink till 2021.
