First bottle of this was slightly corked, so another was opened to confirm...and honestly, they both had the same aromatics and very similar notes on the palate, but I will say the cork of the first one smelled tainted. I’m assuming this is just a very lean style (which would be in line with the 13% ABV)...it was very mineral driven and not big on the nose or palate. Lemon curd, limestone, slate, wild flower and medium acidity.
