Vintage Brut Bubbly produced in the traditional method. Blend of traditional Champagne grapes (Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (45%) and Meunièr (5%). Nice aromas of lemon custard, pears and pie dough. More green apple and lemon on the pallet. Hint of baked dough on the finish. Bubbles do dissipate quickly but still quite refreshing and well made. Thank You John P.
