A strong, mown grass/plastic note on the nose, with chalk dust. Not entirely pleasant, but interesting. Outstanding on the palate, with a well balanced chalky, lemony, minerally flavor, with an almost crunchy aspect probably due to near effervescence. Really good, especially at $21.
