Wow. What a brilliant bottle of Barolo. Huge, deep and stunning nose. Chestnut, mid season cherry, so much fruit. Loads of spice, flowers and Piedmontese “sous-bois.” Minty and ethereal. Just stunning. Palate is even better. It’s so harmonious with exquisitely defined fruit and freshness. Startling purity and even some brilliant finesse. It is long, elegant, fresh and floral. Brilliant. What a finish.
