a deathbed wine. Stunning. Like a red wine.

Even the glass felt heavy. This is more a solid than a liquid. What came out of the bottle would make you second-guess this was a white wine. A myriad of flavors fill your mouth but what I remembered best was toffee because that is what just lingers on the finish

Looking like a young rosé when this white wine was poured into a glass, the incredible nose was full of red fruits and licorice, an intense distillation as if a gallon had been boiled down to a couple ounces, echoing on the palate where every taste bud was coaxed and recruited to sing in perfect harmony as the crackling acids vibrated through the wine with enough electricity to power a small city.

Writing this the next morning I can still taste the cherry, raspberry, peach, apricot fruit salad of this perfect wine.
