Wow, this is an orange that needs some air, but when its’ aggressive tannins calm down - watch out. After an hour of air and a bit warmer temp, beautiful notes of lily, orange blossom, and stones waft from the glass. The palate is rich, moreso than most oranges I’ve had to this point. As previously mentioned, loads of tannin and a seductively powerful mouthfeel. This is pure joy for the red wine drinker wanting something a tad more refreshing in summer. Surprisingly, this wine paired beautifully with toast with peanut butter and honey (yes, you read that correctly, and yes, I tried it, and yes, it worked.)

Skin fermentation creates a very unique color, texture, and highlights more of the acidity you don’t normally get from a Roussanne.

My first orange wine. Dried apricot, white peach, nectarine, melon, sour orange. Great body- and grippy tannins like I've never felt from a white wine! Earthy, slightly herbal. Super interesting. Loved it!

I flippin love this wine! Orange wine with big body? This can take Indian food and just crush it, oh so gently. The truth in this wine makes me love wine

Transports you straight to the orchards... Mandarin orange, peaches and nectarines, wet soil and herbal notes. Eyes closed you might almost think it's a sour fruit beer. Noticeable tannin and larger body with white wine fruit profile. Can't get over how it's just like an extremely low carb sour! 11.5 abv is icing on the cake.

Hard to think of a vineyard that looks closer to death and makes wine that's so alive.
