So much fuller and interesting than I would have thought for a zingy acidic white . Jasmine and citrus in the nose w more on the palate. Maybe a little floral and yeast as well w a slight bitterness at the end. Definite salinity. Great acidity and a nice wine w shellfish and believe it or not salty blue corn chips , tahini and hard Italian cheese.
