Sanibel Island part 2: a very nice surprise find, at the general store (where else)? Quite broad mouthfeel, still has that Gruner acidic crunch & a bit of spritz.

Paired with brust und keule Von der Wachtel, raz el hanout, urkarotte, korianderkresse. Brenner's Park Restaurant. Yep!

Rich, powerful Gruner!

Rich and powerful. Seems more developed and came off older but maybe this is due to being from warm vintage. Have remembered this wine more fondly in the past.

2012 was a warm year. Could be stored up to 14 years

Vitpeppar, och tydliga mognadstoner som pekar mot marmeladkulor och inkokta päron. Fattig syra men relativt stor smak med kryddighet och lång stor finish.

På bjudning! Mycket blommigt och mycket äpple. Lite som en blandning mellan sauvignon blanc och gewurtztraminer! 👌🏽😻

Rich, powerful and tastes as fresh as the day it was bottled. Wow!
