Simply put, this was golden nectar in a dry white wine. Aromatically intense with lemon, baked yellow apple, honey, saffron, toasted corn, and a touch of petrol, on the palate it was full, intense, just as complex as the nose but with an extra smokey note and had absolutely amazingly searing acidity--which makes me excited to see what this will be like in 10 years.
