Bright lemon color with stone and tropical and citrus fruit aromas with floral notes. On the palate flavors of peaches, apples, honey and citrus zest. Medium+ finish good balance with lively acidity ending with fruit character and mineral spice.

Star bright straw gold with glinting green highlights. Shy nose and medium full palate of red apple, white peach, and honeysuckle nectar. Dry with just enough fruit. Medium acidity and a slightly dark herby finish. Weinbach’s field blend is a classic Alsatian white that’s equally at home as a sipper as with hearty seafood, poultry, and vegetable dishes. Drink now through 2025 or so.

Tasting with Eddy Faller: the Riesling gives the wine acidity, the other grapes some fat and roundness. Not spicy and salty, love it!
