Like it a bit better than last time. Not a spectacular reserve Riesling but very well made and typical

Pineapple, lychee. Citrus with restrained acidity. Wanted more acid and flintiness. Had with spread from Chiang Mai.

Seeing the other ratings here I’m wondering if I had a hot bottle. This came across as a bit bland with some chewy pear and lychee flavors. A little bit flabbier than crisp.

Apr 28th, 2021This was advertised as pretty much a Grand Cru Riesling and my expectations were high. Had this yesterday and was a bit disappointed, but today some of the apparent acidity dissipated and allows some of the typical underlying Alsatian Riesling notes to come through. In the $30s I paid for this it is a good but not a spectacular QPR. List price? Not worth it. Much better Alsatian Rieslings out there
