V. promising nose; lime zest, maple syrup, orange blossom. Apple that has been left out, botrytis, acidic cut (N.B. with this vintage) A profound wine. Interestingly it did not evolve much after opening. Not a bad thing in the slightest. I suppose all that evolution happened during the 10 (?!) yrs in barrel. Excellent pairing with sweetbreads.
