2018 vintage. Pale pink with copper hue (what the French call "œil de perdrix" or "partridge's eye"). First impression on the nose not very attractive, but give it a few minutes in the glass and discover nice flowery aromas and red berries. Serious gastronomic rosé with good concentration, juicy fruit, spices and more than decent mineral length. A blend of Mourvèdre (60%), Cinsault and Grenache. Well done by this young estate (first vintage 2013). Abv. 13,5 %.
