Really like this producer & this vineyard. This is a bit taut & unyielding right now. It shows little moments of brilliance, but I’d love to coax out a bit more. Fresh & crisp, but not as elegant as other bottles I’ve had. Still very good though.

Lemon zest, custard, sage oil, chamomile, vanilla bean, bitter almond flowers, honey. Rounded acidity, silky smooth texture, medium bodied, long honeysuckle, tart lemon finish. Beautiful burgundy that won't break the bank.
