Smoky, with tar, dried flower bouquet, fresh red fruits with good acidity and firm, but fine tannins. Excellent wine, very Barolo like and varietal driven wine.

Jul 21st, 2023Fantastic wine. Well balanced, subtle fruit, medium tannins. Easy to drink. At $30, not a value, but worth buying again. I don’t know anything about Greek reds. But this is excellent. Price maybe higher given smaller market.

Better and better the longer it's open. Sweetish nose, hard candy, a smoky note. Sweet on palate too, almost like a slightly ripe chianti. Good bottle. Mom in town #3.
