Out of the gates funky and vibrant, vin de soif for sure. Wild raspberry jam, ruby red grapefruit, peppercorn, beef jerky, boiled eggs, sweat. Its fruit and florals grew with air. Day 2: full of mousiness and oxidized, down the drain it went.
