Still have so much to upload from France. Rietsch was one of my favorite discoveries over there...entirely sans soufre, natty-as-all-hell operation in Alsace. The wines aren't for everyone, as they're more than a little rough around the edges, but they were some of the most distinct wines I had in Alsace. This was powerful and tropical but lively, full-bodied with a hint of trapped co2.
