Yellow color with strong lime-green accents; some reduction—which aired out in 30 min—followed by refined and elegant (not heavily oaked) tropical fruit like papaya and honey melon, and mushrooms and vanillin-sugar; taste is fresh, vibrant, lightly oaky; with a medium-length finish that was a bit spicy. Lovely!
