Wow. A lovely rich nose. Honey, menthol, greengage, floral notes hints of white pepper. On the palate this is beautifully on point. Rich, long, but with amazing freshness, tension and acidity. This is all there and has a great future.

Extraordinary intensity and freshness. Spearmint, white flowers, bright acid and great intensity. Brilliant stuff.

Opened slowly with air, delicious lemon curd and minerality. Nothing out of place. Great balance of elegance and richness that reminds me of the regular Ramonet Batard from 2010. Great with caramelized shallot tarte, Foie gras, and carrots.
