Beautiful nose of baking spice, earth, flowers, cocoa, black currant, black cherry. On the palate, dry, dark fruits such as black cherry, black currant and some dark chocolate. Tannins are upfront so this use some cellaring. Nonetheless, a beautiful pinot noir to pair with a hearty Boeuf Bourguignon. Cheers!
