Needed a decant. With a fair amount of air, this is lovely. Mineral, seashell, some sweet honey too. Somewhat round and delicious. Not an austere Chablis.

After pairing this with a couple cheeses I just walked away and took the bottle with me, sat down and enjoyed. All other wines beware. Balanced. The acidity was perfect. The fruits were gorgeous, pure, and precise. What an intentional wine. Thoughtful. Highly highly recommend. Bar has been set in Chablis.
