Nice, still lively 1er Cru Red Côte de Beaune Burgundy. Still had some good primary fruit (cherry) on the palate. Clean medium red color with some body. Enjoyed mostly after my white asparagus with morel and poached egg appetizer. Worked nicely with the morels and sauce.
