Haut Les Coeurs!

Medium purple in colour. Blackberries, black plums, and allspice on the nose with some oak coming through. Ripe cherries, yellow watermelon rind with light acidity and medium, firm tannins. Some bitterness that reminds me of cardoons, as well as dark cocoa nibs, and malt. Old oak also comes through. It comes off as higher alcohol than it is.
