Gorgeous nose of smoke, granite, blackberries, pottery, herbs, leather and some red berries as well. Very complex and expressive. Palate is round and juicy with terrific concentration and velvety tannins. Bright blueberry and blackberry fruit and a firm granite spine behind it all. Excellent purity and depth. Just a terrific showing. Long. Big and ripe tannins. They are so juicy. Amazing length here. Can go many more years but terrific today. Black olives now rise up with air.

Rocking nose, red berries, game, smoked meat, olive, so so so St. Jo. Loads of granite and florals. Smells great. Gorgeous combo of florals and minerality. Palate is pure and lush. But structured, sappy and deep. Terrific grip. This is particularly showing well. Really refined and deep. Elegant and structured and it will age. Sappy clinging blackberry and black cherry fruit. Better in 3 years but approachable today if you like some grip.
