Another visit to the weekly Wednesday Wine Committee, and a wonderful hosting by Glenn. As always, all wines are tasted blind. 1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds and 1 dessert.

So my guess here was Alsatian Pinot Gris some in a vindage tardives style. There was a big botrytis sweetness to the nose, but the palate was less sweet. Very little acid. Not a lot of fruit. I was almost right on the money.
