Nose of hay, lemon, gun powder... This screams burgundian chardonnay. This is textbook what I want in a chardonnay nose from that region. The palate is fresh, vibrant, with a good acid drive, some lemony notes all along, a lively mouthfeel and a salivating note popping up in a finish that lasts for a golf while. 12,5% abv, wholesome wine, exactly what I expected if not some more in terms of freshness and drive.
