Mescal, cherry 🍒 and molasses. A stupid wine. Never tasted anything like it. Super fun. My co-tasters thought this was smoke tainted. But ‘alas’ Elsass is quite wet. 13% dry. Super mouthfeel what a trip! If you don’t get this is smokey please stop tasting wines! I guess I am bored and start to go ‘aux naturelles’.
