Took 5 hours to open. Now, hazelnut, iodine, light wood, minerals and flowers. Palate is rich and ripe with insane acidity and purity. Deep, rich and clean. Lovely pear and apple fruit and awesome almost crunchy texture. So pure. Clean as a whistle.

Palate is controlled richness. Lemon zest. Dense. Mineral. Wonderful.
Some green apple skin as it opens.
An hour in this is the real deal. Elegantly rich. Dense. Blind would guess grand cru. Wow. This is sick. Effing sick.
