Dark fruit with layers of complexity evident after 13 years of proper aging. Almost a “bubble gum” fruitiness, with Bordeaux-like cassis and peppery hints. Drinking well. Paired well with salmon.

Pretty. Very fruit forward but lithe with a very long long finish. Good acidity, Asian spices that balance strong fruit. Excellent
