Complex, high acids that just sizzle but are so tasty, juicy fruit and a whack of limestone. Terrific power and grace. Good concentration. Very pure. Almost crystalline. Very chewy and dense. So long. Balance is heavenly. So good. Always so good.

The minerality and acidity leaps out of the glass. I love the 14 white burgs. Deep lemon-oil drenched wet Burgundian rocky gravel. Intense and minerally in the mouth. Chiseled, not an ounce of flab. Long clingy finish. Really fine.

Nice acidity, with lemon/lime citrus and zesty apple flavors, and rocks in background. May need a year though. Lots of oak.
