Jan 28th, 2017Tried at a wine bar. Surprising dark cherry and hint of leather, more austere on the nose at first and far lighter and fruitier than anticipated at first sip.
After opening up a bit, the juicy light fruit was a bit more interesting and it maintained a soft tannin yet a mildly austere finish. Not my favorite but was interesting to try.
