Does now quit and pulverizes your palate with wet stones, lime blossom and limestone. Stunning and many years to go.

Wow. This is good.
Nose is mineral and saline. Lemon peel. Classic Chablis but on the intense side.
Palate is mineral. Some lemon pith but the lovely integrated richness is what makes this great. Lovely internal aromatics. Almost an aerated mineral made from lemon.
Finish is pleasantly bitter (lemon pith).

Nose is lightly mineral. As it opens like a rich minerality. Which makes no sense.
Palate is juicy. So fresh. Saline. Delicious. Less of that concentrated feel than other wines of his I’ve had. Lovely sprightliness on the finish. Saline.
