Round, lush, elegant finish. Nice to try this wine but should you own the 11, give it another 5-7 years before opening.

Tres beau pinot, intense, structuré et tres concentre beaucoup plus masculin que féminin. Arômes de cerises acidulées, framboises compotées, un peu d’épice( cannelle). Belle finale, bonne acidité

This wine is still very tight in the mouth. Has something grassy which I don't associate with a volnay. Time will tell but not great hopes for this one. Nose is more promising than taste maybe that is a good sign
