The Thanksgiving tasting continues...and happily so. Sappy...minty...and fashionably fresh. What's not to like? Because of the pronounced forward fruit I'm much more in tune with the Boillot than the Petitprez. But I was always a cheap date. (May '18. Drink up. That rich great fruit won't hang around for much longer after opening.)
