Les Baux-de-Provence Petra Rosé Blend

Fresh, citrusy, subtle spice, reductive nose it needs air to open up and blown off the reductive traces. Excellent acidity. Drinks more like a white wine with a subtle streak of tannin. Med+ finish.

Very reductive & funky at the onset. Decanted 3 hrs; blossomed in the glass. Tangerine, pear, garrigue, lovely texture.
