Another visit to the weekly Wednesday Wine Committee, and a wonderful hosting by Glenn. As always, all wines are tasted blind. 1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds and 1 dessert.
This was sadly over the hill. There was a very sour/lactic acid note to this, and even some wet fur. Acid was still high, but the palate had about zero flavor. I guessed older Chablis as it was better with food, but overall this wasn’t well received due to age.
