Dynamite nose. Baked apple and pear. Complex minerality. Hint of vanilla and lovely subtle confectionary aromas. Terrific spice and the aromas are so elegant. Great depth and nuance to the nose. Wow what a palate. Sappy and pure with enormous depth and sap and stunning levels of finesse. So so pure. Long. This is a superb wine. Really blown away here. Great concentration and just so much going on. This has blown me away. Structured and so long. Amazing. Nose gets floral with air adding to the nuance and complexity. Benchmark Jura white for me.
