First wine of 3 paired with a decadent lunch at Le Coq Rico in New York. Chenin Blan paired with Deviled eggs with octopus. Clear pale gold color and dry, with medium body and high acid. Medium intensity nose with blossom and green apple notes. Citrus, sour green apple, grapefruit and light spice notes on the palate. Crisp, medium length finish. Very good and great value.
