Had a previously coravin’d half bottle sitting around and felt like something guaranteed to be delicious. Nose is tight but palate is super hedonistic. Ripe red and black fruits, classic Vosne spice, sweet oak. Velvet tannins. Served with roasted chicken, polenta, roasted mushrooms, and arugula.

Nov 7th, 2021Delicious. Raspberry and sweet oak. Grainy texture. Huge acid. Nose is a bit muted at this stage, but glad I have more bottles to see how this evolves as it is very very young right now.
